The guy in the video is on roids, complete fake video lol The NO Shotgun gave me a voluminous pump. I loved it, Depending on my body mass at 220lbs, 5'9, at 8.3 % bodyfat in April-May 2007 I never used the entire doseage amount in the scooper. I used the No Shotgun for 3 months. I lasted long with one container because I cycled my creatine and used the right doseage of creatine. You can mix extra nitrogen oxygen thats in orange juice with the supplement and you will really feel the blood rushing pump.
